Human Capital

Diversity, inclusion, well-being, and professional development are the cornerstones of our vision of work.

In 2024, 58% of the company’s workforce was women, with women holding 46% of managerial roles. This is a significant achievement, strengthened by attaining the UNI/PdR 125:2022 gender equality certification, which recognizes our policies on inclusion, flexibility, pay equity, and the promotion of female leadership.

We invest in the growth of our people with structured programs: the Leadership Academy, designed to strengthen managerial skills, and the Manufacturing Academy, dedicated to the technical and professional development of key roles in our production sites. In 2024, we delivered 11,345 hours of training, involving about 60% of our workforce.

To support internal growth, the Marcolin Evaluation System serves as a central tool for empowering our people. It is an annual evaluation system that encourages dialogue between managers and team members, sets individual objectives, and promotes development paths aligned with organizational needs and personal ambitions.

At the same time, we have enhanced our corporate welfare initiatives, promoting a sustainable balance between private and professional life. Key measures include remote working, flexible hours, and the establishment of a psychological support service aimed at fostering the emotional and relational well-being of our people.

We believe that true innovation starts with people. That is why every day we strive to build an inclusive, stimulating work environment, capable of nurturing every talent.
