WHISTLEBLOWING PROCEDURE FOR THE HANDLING OF REPORTS

1. HOW TO REPORT

In order to guarantee broad and indiscriminate access to all those who wish to make a report, in good faith and according to ethical principles of integrity, concerning Marcolin and the companies of the Group, the following dedicated channels have been set up:

  • online platform, accessible by all (employees, suppliers, business partners, consultants and customers) by clicking on the following link https://marcolin.integrityline.com. The system allows the submission of reports through an online guided path without the obligation to register or declare personal data;
  • postal mail addressed to: Integrity Committee, Marcolin S.p.A. – Zona Industriale Villanova 4, 32013 Longarone (BL).

2. WHAT TO REPORT

Violations or alleged violations concerning Marcolin Group companies and referring to the following aspects:

  • Anticorruption policy;
  • Code of Ethics;
  • Organization, Management and Control Model of Marcolin S.p.A;
  • any law or regulation applicable to Group companies;
  • internal policies and procedures of Group companies.

3. WHO HANDLES THE REPORT

The recipient of reports is Marcolin’s Integrity Committee composed of Group HR Director, Group Legal & Compliance Director, Group Internal Audit Manager and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, as well as those individuals who are requested, from time to time, and if deemed necessary, to support the Committee in handling the report.

4. PROTECTION

Marcolin guarantees the confidentiality of the report, as well as the identity of the reporting (where disclosed) and reported persons to whom the protections provided by law are guaranteed.
